ZeroWinks hosts no content. It is a discovery engine that indexes and embeds adult videos from third-party providers. Every clip plays from its original host; we do not upload, store, produce, or re-host any media.

Terms of Service

By accessing ZeroWinks ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to view sexually explicit material. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Nature of the Service

ZeroWinks is an index/aggregator. It does not host, upload, store, or produce any video content. All media is provided by, and streamed from, independent third-party sources over which ZeroWinks has no control. Links and embeds are provided for discovery only.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or circumvent access controls of the Service.
Do not use the Service if sexually explicit material is illegal in your jurisdiction.

4. Third-party content & no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. ZeroWinks does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for third-party content, and makes no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or legality of any linked material.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroWinks and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from third-party content accessed through it.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Governing law and jurisdiction are those of the operator's place of establishment.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is a core design principle of ZeroWinks — not an afterthought.

No accounts, no sign-up. There is nothing to register.
No server-side tracking or personal data. We do not collect, store, or sell names, emails, or profiles. We set no tracking cookies.
Your data stays in your browser. Saves, watch history, playlists, best-bits, and settings are stored only in your device's local storage. You can export/import them yourself; we never receive them.
Analytics (if enabled) are cookieless and aggregate. Any analytics we run are privacy-preserving and count page views in aggregate — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.
Third-party playback. When you play a clip, it loads directly from the provider's servers. That provider may see your IP address and set its own cookies under its privacy policy — outside our control. We send a no-referrer policy to limit what is shared.

We do not sell or share user data, because we do not collect it.

DMCA / Takedown Policy

ZeroWinks respects intellectual property rights. Although we host no content, we will promptly remove an index entry in response to a valid notice, and we encourage rights-holders to also contact the source host, which controls the underlying file.

To file a notice, use the report page or contact our agent, including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the ZeroWinks URL of the material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices and repeat-infringer handling follow the standard DMCA process. Content that involves a minor or is non-consensual is removed immediately on a good-faith report — see the report page.

18 U.S.C. §2257 Exemption Statement

ZeroWinks is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any of the content accessible through the Service, as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75. ZeroWinks operates solely as an index/aggregator and hosts no content on its servers.

All sexually explicit material is provided by third-party websites and their content producers, who are responsible for §2257 record-keeping compliance. Any records required to be maintained under §2257 are kept by the respective producers and hosts of the content, not by ZeroWinks.

Concerns about specific content should be directed to the originating provider, and may also be reported to us via the report page.
